Conducted detailed baseline assessment of the existing organization structure down to level 6, which covered understanding of the roles and responsibilities for each department, unit and section as well as the different interdepartmental linkages, work flows, decision rights and staffing levels

Detailed the proposed organization structure with reporting lines (down to level 6), in line with the originally approved structure in the Company strategy; obtained executive committee and board approval on it

Conducted a detailed manpower plan exercise down to the lowest level based on identified Work Load Drivers (WLD) for each department and position, factoring in future growth plans and current input from departments

Developed a detailed migration plan for the new organization structure, including phased process, responsibilities and decisions, timeframes

Program managed the migration to the new organization structure including re-allocation and hiring of new candidates
